All organizations are required to have ACH in order to participate in North Texas Giving Day. This process allows for a seamless and timely experience in receiving your Giving Day funds.
It is your organization's responsibility to communicate with Communities Foundation of Texas if you experience any difficulty in receiving distributions. If you need to update your bank information, please contact our team at support@northtexasgivingday.org.
NTX Giving Day funds will be distributed on November 1 via the ACH information your organization provided during registration.
A cover letter detailing your distribution amount will be provided by that date. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact support@northtexasgivingday.org.
