How do I change our point of contact?

If your point of contact from last year is no longer at your organization or needs to be changed, Please contact our team at [e-mail] and we will help you get set up as a user.

Organizations can have multiple users associated with their page which means that you can set up anyone who needs access to your NTX Giving Day page with their own personal account. Please note that anyone with a user account will have access to your donor information - so please do not give a login to anyone who does not specifically need it. 

To add a new user, go to your nonprofit dashboard and click on Settings to expand the menu on the left sidebar. Scroll down and click on Admins, then click on +Add New Admin in the top right corner. Complete the information and click Send. The added user will receive an email with additional log in information.
